Christian Coleman

Director of Operations

Christian began his veterinary career in 2019 in New Jersey as a veterinary assistant, quickly advancing into a technician role through determination and hands-on learning.

He went on to support a new Hoboken practice during its build-out, taking on leadership and training responsibilities amid the challenges of the pandemic.

His passion for patient care led them to Bond Vet in Manhattan as a Senior Veterinary Nurse, before transitioning into practice management as Member Experience Manager at Small Door Vet, where he helped open a new Brooklyn location.

After relocating to Denver, he joined The Vets, progressing from City Manager to Regional Operations Manager overseeing teams across five cities.

Now serving as Director of Operations at Homelove, Christian leads the launch of
at-home veterinary technician services, combining clinical expertise, operational leadership, and innovation to expand access to care directly in clients’ homes.
